Ghewar is a traditional Indian sweet dish, particularly popular in Rajasthan and parts of North India. Growing up in India, I always found joy in Mithais (Indian Sweets). Kamla Bai, our home chef back then, made delicious food that I remember well. However, I can’t recall her face or how she looked in the kitchen. To reimagine those moments, I used Photoshop to blend the art of making this sweet with a lady from Rajasthan, creating a visual of how I think it might have been when she cooked and made this Indian Sweet delight.
