I made this piece to show how mistakes do not end us, they shape us. The figure burns herself, but instead of turning to ash, colour breaks through her skin. Each wound reveals a new shade, a hidden part of who she is. What looks like destruction becomes a quiet transformation, showing that pain can uncover truth rather than erase it.
